Few people were impressed of her clothing line and several others were even shocked at how ‘lame’ the offerings were.
WWDFashion:
“As for the clothes, they looked cheesy and dated, as has often been the case during chez Ungaro’s post-Emanuel revolving door of designers. Hot pink, orange and flashy, with an overworked heart motif relentless in its execution, the collection displayed none of the promised younger side Lohan was supposed to deliver. Nor in a million years would one guess that the lineup was designed by one young woman and ‘creative directed’ by another. Glitter heart pasties all around, ladies?”
” When Lindsay Lohan decided to go peroxide blonde, it was never going to be as simple as grabbing a bottle of bleach.
The actress spent more than 11 hours at the hair salon yesterday, getting her naturally red hair dyed an eye-catching shade.
During her epic salon session Lindsay could be glimpsed chatting and laughing with the staff, drinking from a glass, and even smoking an illicit cigarette.
When she left the Byron and Tracey Hair Salon in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, at 11:30pm, her hair was extra long, following the insertion of extensions.
Lindsay was wearing a short black dress with gladiator sandals and a black Fedora.
She hinted the colour change was for a new film role, presumably the romance Dare To Love Me, which is due to go into production.
She also knocked back suggestions by fans that she should cut her hair into a crop, writing on Twitter today: ‘I don’t think the director wants it short… I look ugly with short hair! Eeeeks.’
But, while Lindsay was being pampered at the salon, reports emerged that she is being chased over an unpaid hotel bill.
A source told the Mirror: ‘It seems Lindsay has unpaid bills at the Chateau Marmont mounting up to £25,000.
‘She’ll ask for a room even though she’s told there’s an outstanding balance at the desk. ”

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a St. Petersburg, Fla., chemist for stealing the formula for her sunless tanning spray.
Jennifer Sunday filed the lawsuit in Tampa, Fla. Federal court against Lohan and Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas businesswoman who air-brush tans celebrities and partnered up with Lohan to produce Sevin Nyne.
Lindsay Lohan and Simon claim credit for creating the tanning spray over the last three years.
But Sunday’s attorney, Marcia Cohen, insists her client only recently perfected the formula used in the spray tan.
According to the St. Petersburg Times, Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon’s company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
In January, Sunday’s company, White Wave International Labs, signed a confidentiality agreement with Simon. Sunday claims that the two sides had been in negotiations, but had not reached an agreement on pricing.
“The next thing we know, Lorit Simon and Lindsay Lohan are partnering and Ms. Lohan is taking credit for developing this formula, which she indeed had no role in,” Cohen told the St. Petersburg Times on Monday.
Cohen added that Sunday and Lohan have never met face to face and that the chemist is looking to be compensated for Sevin Nyne’s profits.
“We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product. If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds.”
The tanning mist, which contains goji berries, caramel, Chardonnay extracts, and a sugar-coconut base, launched this summer at Sephora.
Retailing for $35, Lohan calls the product her “sunless secret” that she named after her lucky numbers.
