
An agreement has been formally reached in the custody of Michael Jackson’s three children. All of them will stay with his mother Katherine, with whom they’ve been living since he passed away five weeks ago.
Also an allowance will also be provided. A court documents show that Michael had been financially supporting Katherine up until the time of his death. The amount of the payments was not specified, but the Jude ruled that Katherine was eligible to claim 83.5 per cent of the money requested dating back to June 25, 2009, which is when Michael passed away. The allowance figures will be reviewed every six months.
The trial is in recess right now, but when they return to court later this afternoon, the judge is expected to make a decision in regards to who will gain control of Michael’s estate, which is estimated at $500 million dollars.
Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael’s oldest children Prince Michael and Paris, will get to see them on a scheduled visitation system.
